Thank you for choosing Waterpik! NuDento International Limited provides a warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship for 1 year from the date of purchase with the following terms and conditions :-

• Warranty is valid if the warranty registration card is returned to NuDento International Limited within 14 days of purchase.
  
  
• Please bring along the warranty card, original invoice stating the name of dealer, the model, serial number and the date of purchase and original packing box with NuDento International Limited label.
  
  
• Warranty is void if the product has been:
  (i) explicitly or implicitly removed, such as cabinet; modified, tampered with or altered or repaired in any way;
  
  (ii) damaged due to misuse, abuse, negligence accident, incorrect installation, natural calamities or not following operating instructions;
  
  (iii) has become malfunction as caused by power interruption or abnormal voltage input;
  
  (iv) the serial number of which has been altered, effaced or removed.
  
  
• NuDento does not provide on-site service, customer is responsible for the transportation of the product to and from our Service Centre for repair.
  
  
• Any defective part, which has been replaced, shall become NuDento's property.
  
  
• Warranty is valid within Hong Kong and Macau and only for products bought from us or through our authorized dealers.
